How to order
Mark your favourite photos using the heart icon.
Open the wishlist (top right).
Select the products you would like with your chosen images.
 
Important information
The team photo is available as a print only (no digital download).
Please check your image selection carefully before completing your order.
Changes are not possible after confirmation.
Digital images cannot be exchanged after payment and download.
After payment is received, your order will automatically be sent to the photo lab for production.
For download orders, you will receive a download link by email after payment.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Vouchers are automatically applied in the shopping cart.

Additional shipping costs may apply for print orders outside Germany.

 
Photo availability
Photos are available for one month after they are published in the gallery.
After that they will be removed due to storage limitations.

 
Ordering via access code (MediDay)
If you received an access code or login email, simply:

open the gallery via the link or access code
log in to view your photos
select your images and order as described above.
You can also combine up to five access codes to order photos together (e.g. siblings).
 
Additional information
Image crop
The image crop can be adjusted in the shopping cart.

Watermark
The watermark is only used to protect the images.
It will be removed automatically on all purchased photos.

Delivery time
Print products: usually 2–3 business days
Digital downloads: available immediately after payment
